Ülkemizde üreticiler için en büyük giderlerden bir tane- si de ne yazık ki enerji maliyetleridir. Yeni geliştirilen tek- nolojiler sayesinde enerji maliyetlerini düşürüp kalite ve kapasiteyi artırmak mümkün. Örneğin büyükbaş ve kü- çükbaş yemlerde, peletleme öncesinde pelpeak kullanımı kapasitede % 30 – 40’lık bir artış sağlarken pelet sertlik değerlerinde de (PDI) ciddi bir artış sağlamaktadır. Geç- tiğimiz yıllarda, kapasitede bu oranda bir atış sağlamak için yeni bir pelet hattı kurmak zorundaydık, bugün ise bu iyileştirmeyi tek bir makine ile yapabiliyoruz. Bu noktada makine imalatçısı olarak bizlere çok iş düşü- yor. Müşterinin ihtiyaçlarını doğru belirleyip onlara doğru çözümleri sunmak çok önemli. Yanlış bir ekipman tercihi ya da yanlış planlanmış bir tesis müşterinizin sürekli para kaybetmesine neden olacaktır. Yem değirmenciliğinde teknolojiyle ilgili en sık karşıla- şılan sorunlar nelerdir? Bu sorunların çözümleri nokta- sında üreticilere neler önerirsiniz? Yem fabrikalarında karşılaşılan sorunlardan bir tanesi, belki de en önemlisi satış sonrası servis ve bakım hiz- metlerinin yetersizliğidir. Yem fabrikaları çalışma şekilleri gereği dinamik bir yapıya sahiptir. Karşınıza çıkacak arı- za ve problemlere çok hızlı bir şekilde müdahale etmeniz gerekiyor. Kadrolarını ve teknik alt yapısını bu doğrultuda şekillendiren firmalar, yarışa önde başlıyor. Son olarak yem değirmenciliği ve yem teknolojileri ko- nusunda neler eklemek istersiniz? Türkiye olarak yem makinaları imalatında hatırı sayılır bir hacme ulaştık. Bugün imal ettiğimiz makine ve ekip- manların büyük bölümü ihraç ediliyor. Bugün tüm pa- zarlarda Avrupalı, Amerikalı, Uzakdoğulu rakiplerimizle yarış halindeyiz. Bu yarışı ancak üretim yöntemlerimizi ve ürettiğimiz ekipmanları teknolojik açıdan geliştirerek sürdürebiliriz. problems wrong choices will bring to the manufacturers? One of the biggest costs for manufacturers in our country is unfortunately the energy costs. It is possible to decrease energy costs and increase quality and capacity with newly developed technologies. For example; on bovine and small cattle feedstuff, while the use of pelpeak before pelletizing ensures 30 – 40% increase in capacity, it also ensures sig- nificant increase in pellet hardness values (PDI). In the past, we had to establish a new pellet line to obtain this much increase in capacity, today, on the other hand, we are able to achieve this improvement with a single machine. At this point, we as the machine manufacturers have lots to do. It is very important to identify the needs of the cus- tomer correctly and to offer them the correct solutions. A wrong choice of equipment or wrongly planned plant will cause the customer to continuously lose money. What are the most frequently faced problems related to technology in feedstuff milling? What would you suggest to manufacturers at the point of solving these problems? One of the problems faced in feedstuff factories, maybe the most important one, is the insufficiency of after sales service and maintenance services. Feedstuff factories, due to their way of working, have a dynamic structure. You have to treat the malfunctions and problems you face very rapidly. Firms that form their staff and technical infra- structure in this respect start the race ahead of the others. Lastly, what would you like to add on the subjects of feed- stuff milling and feedstuff technologies? As Turkey, we reached a considerable volume in manu- facturing of feedstuff machinery. Today, big portion of the machinery and equipment we manufacture is exported. Today, we are in competition with our European, Ameri- can, Far Eastern competitors. We can only continue this competition by technologically improving our production methods and the equipment we manufacture.
