From one radio point up to 99 spear probes can be scanned up to 100m distance; whereas spear probes can be combined to one system. For the equipment of old silos the conventional star wiring can however be used and implemented. The digi- tal systems can also be extended by the wireless system in any way. For example can existing silo blocks with fix installation, on occasion of an extension, be combined with the wireless part in order to function as complete system with one control unit? Depending on dimensions, the silo roof construction should be designed to bear necessary weight of cable number necessary. All combinations are possible. A digi- tal wired system, monitored by only one control unit is actually the most common and modular extendable.
