Mustafa Hacıali İşletmeleri’ne güvenleri için teşekkür eden Alp, yem fabrikasının hissedarlarından olan Turgut Hacıali’ye, barış, huzur, kazanç ve uğur getirdiğine inanılan büyük bir İsviçre çanı hediye etti. "Communique on the Preparation and Presentation of the Application File for the Assessment and Approval Transactions of Feed Additives" prepared pursuant to harmonization with European Union legislation by the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock became eddective on May 27 upon being published in the Official Gazette. The Communique prepared based on the Law on Vet- erinary Services, Plant Health, Food and Feed numbered 5996 and the Regulation on the Feed Additives Used in Animal Feeding numbered 28711 contains matters re- garding the preparation and presentation of the appli- cation file for the assessment and approval transactions of feed additives. These matters include an application form, the details of the applicant, general and special re- quirements, and the minimum durations of the activity works. Pursuant to this, the file prepared by the appli- cant for the approval transaction of feed additive shall be submitted to the Ministry along with the application form annexed to the communique. The file prepared shall be in compliance with the approval conditions stated in Article 5 of the Regulation, and meet such conditions. Gıda, Tarım ve Hayvancılık Bakanlığı tarafından, Avru- pa Birliği mevzuatına uyum kapsamında hazırlanan "Yem Katkı Maddelerinin Değerlendirme ve Onay İşlemleri için Başvuru Dosyasının Hazırlanması ve Sunulması Hakkın- da Tebliğ", 27 Mayıs’ta Resmi Gazete’de yayımlanarak yürürlüğe girdi. 5996 sayılı Veteriner Hizmetleri, Bitki Sağlığı, Gıda ve Yem Kanunu ve 28711 sayılı Hayvan Beslemede Kulla- nılan Yem Katkı Maddeleri Hakkında Yönetmelik hüküm- lerine dayanılarak hazırlanan Tebliğ, hayvan beslemede kullanılacak olan yem katkı maddelerinin değerlendirme ve onay işlemleri için başvuru dosyasının hazırlanması ve sunulması ile ilgili hususları kapsıyor. Bu hususlar başvuru formunu, başvuru sahibinin bilgilerini, genel ve özel gereklilikleri, etkinlik çalışmalarının minimum sü- relerini içeriyor. Buna göre yem katkı maddesinin onay işlemi için başvuru sahibi tarafından hazırlanan dosya, tebliğ ekinde yer alan başvuru formu ile birlikte Bakanlı- ğa sunulacak. Hazırlanan dosyanın, Yönetmeliğin 5’inci maddesinde belirtilen onay şartlarına uygun olması ve bu şartları sağlaması gerekecek.
