"Intelligence Makes Everything Possible in the Future—2016 FAMSUN Feed Intelligent Factory Tech- nical Seminar" organized by FAMSUN was held grandly in Yangzhou City from April 20 to 21, 2016. FAMSUN tarafından organize edilen "Akıl Gelecekte Her Şeyi Mümkün Kılar - 2016 FAMSUN Akıllı Yem Fabrikası Teknik Semineri", 20-21 Nisan 2016 tarihlerinde Yangzhou City’de gerçekleştirildi. The seminar, under the theme of "Feed Intelligent Factory", gathered more than 100 people to learn a se- rial of lectures together, including experts in China, Eu- rope and the US who have decades of practice in the feed machinery field and are highly experienced in the technique design of foreign intelligent feed factories, as well as production directors of feed factories at home and abroad, technical experts, and experts from farm- ing and animal husbandry colleges. Mr. Hans, the president of FAMSUN Institute's key- note speech on "Feed Factories' Energy Saving and En- vironmental Protection" sparked a great interest among the guests attended. He first elaborated the health dis- trict concept of feed factories, the design of workshop airflow direction and the process planning concept of raw materials crushing. Then, by providing the example of an aquatic feed factory, he introduced the energy recovery of equipment, such as drying machine, and the method to further reduce the consumption of steam and the method of feed factory odor treatment, as well as the effect these methods could achieve. Merry from FAMSUN American Research Institute also presented the discussion on new technique of drying fod- der, focusing on the introduction of the energy-saving technology of dryers. She took the horizontal dryer as an example and stated the detailed plan and measures to reduce the energy consumption of dryers in many aspects of dryers such as configuration and type selection, optimi- zation of operational parameters and automatic control. Seminer, "Akıllı Yem Fabrikası" teması altında Çin’den, Avrupa’dan ve Amerika’dan yem makinesi alanında on- larca sene deneyimi olan ve yabancı akıllı yem fabrikaları- nın teknik tasarılarında yüksek derecede tecrübeye sahip uzmanlardan; ülkedeki ve yurtdışındaki yem fabrikalarının üretim yöneticileri, teknik uzamlar, çiftçilik ve hayvancılık- taki çalışanlardan oluşan 100’den fazla insanı bir konfe- ranslar serisi için bir araya getirdi. Seminer esnasında FAMSUN Enstitüsü Başkanı Hans’ın "Yem Fabrikalarının Enerji Tasarrufu ve Çevre Koruması" temalı konuşması, katılan misafirler tarafından oldukça il- giyle karşılandı. Hans, ilk olarak yem fabrikalarının bölge sağlık konseptini, çalışma alanının hava akış yönü tasarı- mını ve hammadde öğütme prosesi planlama konseptini değerlendirdi. Daha sonra bir su ürünleri yem fabrikası örneği sunarak, bir kurutma makinesi gibi ekipmanların enerji tasarrufunu anlatan Hans, buhar tüketimini azal- tacak daha ileri yöntemleri, yem fabrikası koku sağaltım yönetimini ve bu yöntemlerin etkilerinin nasıl bir başarı ya- ratabileceğini aktardı. FAMSUN Amerika Araştırma Enstitüsü’nden Merry de, hayvan yemini kurutma üzerine yeni teknikler hakkında bir tartışma sunup, kurutmalardaki enerji tasarrufu tekno- lojisinin tanıtımı hakkında bilgiler verdi. Yatay kurutucuyu örnek olarak veren Merry, hem kurutucuların enerji tüketi- mini azaltmak için olan tedbirleri ve detaylı planları birçok yönden ele aldı hem de konunun konfigürasyon ve tür se- çimi kurutmaları, işletme parametrelerinin optimizasyonu ve otomatik kontrol gibi yönlerine değindi.
