MISIR’IN SARI MISIR İTHALATI: FAS Kahire, Mısır’ın 2018/19 sezonu için yaptığı 9,7mt'lukmısır ithalatı tahminini yüzde 3 artırarak 2019/20 sezonu rakamlarını 10 mt olarak tahmin ediyor. Kurum 2018/19 ve 2019/20 sezonla- rında mısır ithalatı tahminleri, USDA resmi tahminleriyle aynı kaldı. USDA, üretimdeki düşüşün artan pirinç ekimleri nedeniyle hasat alanındaki azalmadan kaynaklandığını açıkladı. 2019'da (Ocak-Ağustos) sarı mısır sevkiyatı toplam 6,7 mt ola- rak gerçekleşti. Mısır’ın 2019 yılındaki en büyük üç tedarikçisi Uk- rayna (2,5 mt), Arjantin (2,3 mt) ve Brezilya (1 mt) oldu. MISIR GLUTEN YEMİ: Mısır’ın 2019 (Ocak-Haziran) döneminde mısır glüten yemi itha- latı 73 bin 800 mt’a ulaştı. ABD, Mısır’ın mısır glüteni yemi ithala- tının yüzde 99,7'sini oluşturuyor. Sığır eti/süt ürünleri hayvancılığı, kanatlılar ve su ürünleri yemi üretim sektörleri, mısır glüten yem- lerini yoğun olarak kullanan alt sektörler olarak öne çıkıyor. Mısır glüten yemi fiyatları, takvim yılının başında 12 bin 400 EGP'den (751 $/mt) 11 bin 700 EGP (709 $/mt) seviyesine indi. SOYA KÜSPESİ ÜRETİMİ: FAS Kahire'nin Mısır soya küspesi 2019/20 sezonu üretim tah- minleri 2018/19 sezonuna kıyasla yüzde 11'lik artışla 3,0mt olarak kayıtlara geçti. Soya küspesi üretimindeki artışı, yerel yem endüst- risinin artan talebini karşılamak amacıyla yerel kırma kapasitesini artırmasına bağlıyoruz. Kurum, 2018/19 sezonu için USDA'nın resmi tahminini 2,6 mt olarak açıkladığı Mısır’ın soya küspesi üreti- mini, soya fasulyesi ithalatındaki yaklaşık yüzde dörtlük artış nede- niyle 2,7mt'ye revize etti. Mısır'daki soya kırıcılarının yüzde doksanı ers in 2019 are Ukraine (2.5 MMT), Argentina (2.3 MMT), and Brazil (1 MMT). CORN GLUTEN MEAL: Egypt’s imports of corn gluten meal in CY 2019 (Jan –Jun) reached 73,800 MT. The United States accounts for 99.7 percent of Egypt’s corn gluten meal imports. The beef/dairy livestock, poul- try, and aquaculture feed manufacturing sectors are heavy users of corn gluten meal. Prices for corn gluten meal are EGP 11,700/MT ($709/MT) down from EGP 12,400 ($751/MT) at the beginning of the calendar year. SOYBEAN MEALS PRODUCTION : FAS Cairo forecasts Egypt’s soybean meal production in MY 2019/20 at 3.0 MMT, up by over 11 percent compared to post’s MY 2018/19 estimate. We attribute the increase in soybean meal production to expanded local crush capacity, seeking to meet the expanding demand of the local feed industry. Post is revising Egypt’s soybean meal production in MY 2018/19 upward to 2.7 MMT from the USDA official estimate of 2.6 MMT, due to a nearly four percent increase in soybean imports. Ninety percent of Egypt’s soybean crushers are private-sector entities. Local producers met about 87 percent of Egypt’s soybean meal requirements in marketing year 2018/19. CONSUMPTION: Soybean Meal: FAS Cairo forecasts Egypt’s soybean meal con- sumption in MY 2019/20 at 3.2 MMT, up 3.2 percent from MY 2018/19 estimate of 3.1 million metric tons. Post is revising down soybean meal consumption in MY 2018/19 to 3.1 MMT from the USDA official estimate of 3.4 MMT due to higher feed prices in the first quarter of the marketing year. Post anticipates that MY 2018/19 will see increased soymeal production, which will contribute to lower poultry and fish feed prices.
