Çin, 1 Temmuz 2018'den itibaren Hindistan, Güney Kore, Bangladeş, Laos ve Sri Lanka için gümrük tarifelerinde indirime gitti. Bu ülke- ler arasında Hindistan dikkat çekici. 2016 raporlarına göre, Hindistan yıllık soya üretiminde %63 artış gösterdi. Uzun vadede Hindistan çözüm gibi görünse de, Çin’in soya ih- tiyacını karşılamakta sorun yaşanacağı tahmin ediliyor. Hin- distan yıllık ihracatının %60’ını ABD’ye yapıyor. Al- though India may be considered as a solution in the long term, it is estimated that China will have problems meet- ing its soy needs. 60% of India's import is being shipped to the United States. At this point, it is highly possible to encounter US pressure again.
