Zhengchang, leading feed machinery company, stated that they are accelerating the construction of the facility offered by The Belarusian National Biotechnological Corporation (BNBC) in its second phase. BNBC is the largest agro-industrial com- plex in Belarus and on the post-Soviet territory, according to Zhengchang. The main goal of this modern and high-tech project focused on export and import substitution is the organization of deep grain processing, the production of highly productive balanced compound feeds and premixes. Part of the complex include si- los for cleaning and storage grain, conveyor system for mov- ing grain to feed mills, production of compound feeds for cattle, poultry and pigs. All equipment is designed and manufactured for production of feed for animals of different age group. “Currently, this complex ensures the storage of more than 400 thousand tons of grain. We can produce almost any recipe. The advantage of our plant is automation. Thanks to this op- portunity our costs are much lower than the national average. Modern equipment allows precise dosing of all components. The Zhengchang Company has made a significant contribution to the implementation of the project,” said the principal of BNBC. Tesisin bünyesinde tahıl temizleme ve depolama için silolar, tahılı yem fabrikalarına taşımak için konveyör sistemi, sığır, kümes hayvanları ve domuzlar için karma yem üretimi bulunuyor. Tüm ekipmanlar farklı yaş gruplarındaki hayvan- lar için yem üretimi için tasarlanıp üretilmiş. BNBC müdürü, yapımı devam eden tesis hakkında şun- ları söyledi: “Şu anda 400 bin tondan fazla tahıl depolama kapasitemiz var. Hemen hemen her formülü üretebiliyoruz. Otomasyon avantajına sahibiz. Bu sayede ülke ortalama- sının çok altında maliyetlerle üretim yapabiliyoruz. Modern ekipman, tüm bileşenlerin hassas dozlanmasını sağlıyor. Zhengchang Şirketi, projenin uygulanmasına önemli bir kat- kı sağladı.” Zhengchang, Belarus'taki tarımsal sanayi komplek- si inşaatının ilk aşamasını bitirmek üzere olduğunu açıkladı.
