FEED PLANET • MAY - MAYIS 2023 58 INTERVIEW • RÖPORTAJ ARGE’sine 2018 yılında başlamış olduğumuz şanzımanlı pelet pres makinamızı 2 yıllık deneme çalışmalarımız sonucunda 2021 yılı ile seri üretime almış bulunmaktayız. Şanzımanlı pelet pres makinamızın ARGE çalışmaları sıra- sında Makinamızın gövde ve ana mil dökümleri konusunda Almanya da bulunan takım arkadaşlarımızın fikirlerini de aldık. Gövde konusunda Demirden yapıp işimizi kolaylaştırabilirdik fakat dökümden yapıldığı zaman sağlamlık, ses izolasyonu vs. gibi farkları görünce maliyetten hiç kaçmadık. Şirket politikamız olan ‘’Daima Kalite Üretir’’ sözü ile müşteri memnuniyetini her zaman ön planda tuttuk. Yaptığımız her işi en ince detayına kadar düşünerek müşteri- lerimiz ile buluşturuyoruz. Yaklaşık 2 yıl kadar ciddi bir ARGE çalışması ile projemizi tamamladık. Son 1 yıl makinemizi 7/24 çalıştırarak bire bir sa- hadaki performansını izledik. Bizim gözümüzde ken- dini ispat ettiği noktada piyasaya sürmek için gerekli adımları attık. ‘’Daima Kalite Üretir’’ sözümüz ile müşterilerimizi tekrar kalite ile bu- luşturma konusunda çok ciddi ma- liyetler harcayarak adımlarımızı tamamladık ve her zaman olduğu gibi yaptığımız işin arkasında olup makinamızı müşterilerimiz ile bu- luşturmaya başladık. ORYEM olarak bugüne kadar müşterilerimizi hiçbir zaman yalnız başına bırakmadık. Satış sonrası desteğimiz ile müşterilerimizin her zaman yanlarında olduk. KEDİ, KÖPEK VE BALIK YEMİNE DE GİRİYORUZ Oryem’in günümüzdeki pozisyonu ve gelecek hedefleri hakkında neler söylemek istersiniz? Oryem ekibi olarak, kendini geliştirmenin sonunun olmadığı- na inanıyoruz. Bilgi, tecrübe ve emek bir araya gelince başarı kendiliğinden geliyor. Bu inançla her geçen gün ürün gamımıza yeni makineler dâhil ediyoruz. Bu gün geldiğimiz noktada, sa- atte 3 ton kapasiteden 120 ton kapasiteye kadar anahtar teslim projelerle ve ayrı ayrı yem makinalarının tüm çeşitleriyle müş- terilerimize hizmet veriyoruz. Bununla birlikte ARGE merkezi- mizde çalışması devam eden kedi köpek ve balık yeminden bahsetmek isterim. ORYEM ilerleyen yıllarda izlediği kalite politikası ile müşteri- lerini kedi köpek ve balık yemiyle de buluşturmayı hedefliyor. ARGE merkezimizde bu konuyla alakalı tüm çalışmalarımızı %95 oranında tamamlamış bulunmaktayız. Kedi ve köpek yem makinalarımız şu an gözetimimiz altında saha da çalışmaktadır. Saha da makinamızı en zor şartlarda 7/24 çalıştırmadan müş- One of the most successful projects of our R&D center is the ORYEM Gearbox Pellet Press. When we started this pro- ject, Turkey was importing gearbox pellet press machines. We have put our gearbox pellet press machine, of which R&D started in 2018, into mass production in 2021 as a result of our 2-year trial studies. During the R&D studies of our gearbox pellet press machine, we also received the opinions of our teammates in Germany about the body and main shaft castings of the machine. We co- uld have made the body from iron and made our work easier, but when we saw the differences such as durability, sound insu- lation, etc. when made of cast iron, we spared no expense. We have always prioritized customer satisfaction with our company policy “Always Produces Quality”. We bring our customers together with our customers by thin- king about every work we do down to the finest detail. We completed our project with serious R&D work for about 2 years. For the last 1 year, we ran our machine 24/7 and monitored its performan- ce in the field one-on-one. At the point where it proved itself from our point of view, we took the necessary steps to launch it on the market. With our promise of “Always Produ- ces Quality”, we completed our steps by spending a significant amount of money to bring our customers together with quality again, and as always, we sto- od behind our work and started to bring our machine together with our customers. ORYEM has never left its customers alone until today. We have always stood by our customers with our after-sales support. WE ARE TO ENTER PET FOOD AND FISH FEED What would you like to say about Oryem’s current position and future goals? As the Oryem team, we believe that there is no end to imp- rovement. When knowledge, experience and labor come to- gether, success comes by itself. With this belief, we add new machines to our product range every day. At the point we have reached today, we serve our customers with turnkey projects with a capacity of 3 tons per hour up to 120 tons per hour and all types of feed machines separately. In addition, I would like to mention the cat, dog and fish feed, which our R&D center still works on. ORYEM aims to bring its customers together with cat dog and fish feed with the quality policy it follows in the coming years. We have completed 95% of all our work on this subject in our R&D center.
