Ama sektörümüzdeki başka firmaların bu etikliğe uymayarak sadece yalanlarla karalama yaptığını gördük. Biz yurt dışında Afrika’nın ücra köşesinde bile Türk malı gördüğümüzde her zaman gurur duyduk. ORYEM ARGE merkezimizin en başarılı projelerinden birisi olan Şanzımanlı Pelet Pres makinamızın teknik bilgilerinden bahsetmek isterim; Şanzımanlı pelet pres makinasını gözlemlerimiz doğrultusun- da daha verimli hala getirmek için yağ sıcaklığını bulunduğu ortama göre stabil tutmak için farklı ortam sıcaklıklarında test ettik. Fanlı soğutma ile birlikte ortam sıcaklığı yüksek olan böl- gelerde 17.000 kilokalori çiller soğutma sistemi yerleştirip ma- kinamızı test ettik. Aldığımız sonuçlar doğrultusunda başarılı bir şekilde makinamız kendini ispat etmiştir. Ortam sıcaklıkları maksimum 40° olan bölgelerde kullandığımız fanlı soğutucu- muz gözlemlerimiz doğrultusunda yeterli olmuştur. Makinamızın daha sağlıklı ve uzun ömürlü olması için eli- mizden gelen gayreti gösteriyoruz, bununla birlikte rulo topla- rımızda, ısı sensörlerimiz bulunmaktadır. Isı sensörleri rulo ve rulmandaki sıcaklık bilgisini otomasyona aktarır. Belirlenen sı- caklık aşıldığı zaman ekranda gelen uyarılar sayesinde, rulo ve rulmana zarar gelmeden müdahale edilir. Makinamızda disk yavaş döndürme mekanizması ile daha kısa sürede duruş süresini müşterilerimiz istekleri doğrultu- sunda yapmaktayız. I would like to talk about the technical information of our Ge- arbox Pellet Press machine, one of the most successful projects of ORYEM R&D center; In order to make the gearbox pellet press machine more ef- ficient in line with our findings, we tested it at different ambient temperatures to keep the oil temperature stable according to the environment. We tested our machine by placing a 17,000-ki- localorie chiller cooling system in areas with high ambient tem- perature with fan cooling. In line with the results we received, our machine has proven itself successfully. Our fan cooler, which we used in areas with ambient temperatures max. 40°, has been sufficient in line with our findings. We do our best to make our machine run better and last lon- ger. In addition to this, we have heat sensors in our roll balls. Heat sensors transfer the temperature information in the roll and bearing to the automation. When the specified temperature is exceeded, thanks to the warnings on the screen, intervention is made without damaging the roll and bearing. With the die slow rotation mechanism in our machine, we make the downtime in a shorter time in line with the requests of our customers. The quality of the gear set we use in the die
