It is located at the in- terface of Bühler’s Application & Training Centers, CUBIC, and pro- duction site and is therefore part of the Bühler innovation campus. Bühler Kurumsal Gayrimen- kul Yönetimi Başkanı ve mimar Elvis Pidic, yapıyı “Mümkün olan en fazla kaynak tasarrufu ve sürdürülebilir uygulama, örneğin önceki binadan kalan betonun yeniden kullanılma- sını ve düşük CO2’li çimento kullanımını içeriyordu ve ofis bölümünün destekleyici yapısı tamamen ahşap olarak ger- çekleştirildi,” sözleriyle açıklıyor.
