Her new responsibilities at the company include leading global legal and regulatory affairs, as well as overseeing compliance, security operati- ons, and government relations. Jones brings to the table over 30 years of experience in the legal field. She previously held the position of chi- ef legal officer at Baker Hughes, renowned in the energy technology sector. Juan Luciano, ADM’s Chair of the Board and CEO, spoke about Jones’s addition to the team, emphasizing her glo- bal experience at the crossroads of technology, regulatory compliance, and strategic business risk as a strong asset for ADM’s future. Additionally, Jones will be a part of ADM’s Executive Co- uncil and will be stationed at the company’s global headqu- arters in Chicago. Jones succeeds Cam Findlay in this role, who had been serving ADM since 2013 and revealed his retirement plans for this year. Findlay is expected to aid in ensuring a smooth tran- sition for Jones. Luciano expressed appreciation for Findlay’s contributions over the years and wished him well for his up- coming retirement.
