FEED PLANET • DECEMBER - ARALIK 2023 66 Agroloop commissions Bühler to provide proven insect rearing technology Agroloop, böcek yetiştirme teknolojisi için Bühler’le anlaştı Hungarian insect producer Agroloop has chosen Büh- ler’s sophisticated insect growth system for its indus- trial black soldier fly plant. The facility will produce up to 4,000 tonnes of animal feed ingredients per year and will be built in Üllő, Hungary. Swiss technology group Bühler will deliver its proven crate-based nursery and rearing technology, which will enable a quick ramp-up of the plant for commercial production. By the end of 2024, Agroloop plans to launch its first products, con- tributing to a more sustainable animal feed value chain. Macar böcek üreticisi Agroloop, endüstriyel kara as- ker sineği tesisi için Bühler’in böcek yetiştirme sistemi- ni seçti. Macaristan’ın Üllő kentinde inşa edilecek olan tesis, yılda 4 bin tona kadar hayvan yemi bileşeni üre- tecek. İsviçreli teknoloji grubu Bühler, tesisin ticari üre- time hızlı bir şekilde geçmesini sağlayacak olan sandık tabanlı fidanlık ve yetiştirme teknolojisini sunacak. Ag- roloop, 2024 yılı sonuna kadar ilk ürünlerini piyasaya sürmeyi ve daha sürdürülebilir bir hayvan yemi değer zincirine katkıda bulunmayı planlıyor. Following its foundation in 2017 and the successful opera- tion of a pilot facility, Agroloop got the green light for the imp- lementation of an industrial insect plant in Hungary in 2022. Now they have selected all execution partners and are wor- king at full speed to construct the plant and get it operational. The insect facility will be realized in an existing building of the Aerozone Park in Üllő, which is located next to the Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport. In the new plant Agrolo- Agroloop, 2017 yılında kurulmasının ve pilot tesisin başarılı bir şekilde işletilmesinin ardından, 2022 yılında Macaristan’da en- düstriyel bir böcek tesisinin hayata geçirilmesi için yeşil ışık yak- tı.
