Yenilikçi teknolojilerle enerji verimliliği yüksek modern üretim tesisleri kuran yerli üreticilerle, yeni tesis kuracak yatırımcıları ve mevcut tesis- lerinin kapasitelerini büyütmek isteyen üreticileri bir araya getirecek. 120 ülkeden 10 bin profesyoneli İstanbul’da bu- luşturacak olan İDMA aynı zamanda ev sahipliği yapacağı 5. Uluslararası TABADER Zirvesi’yle dünya tahıl endüstrisinin nabzını tutacak. İDMA İstanbul; “Hububat ve yem değir- menciliği sektörünün uluslararası fuarı” mottosuyla Türkiye, Avrupa Birliği ülkeleri, MENA ülkeleri, Amerika Birleşik Dev- letleri başta olmak üzere 120 ülkeden 10.000 profesyonel ziyaretçiyi 300 markayla buluşturacak. 5. ULUSLARARASI TABADER ZIRVESI’NDE GÜNDEM; YENILIK, TEKNOLOJI VE GELECEK. Bu yıl beşincisi yapılacak olan TABADER Zirvesi, özel gündem ve oturumlarla sektörün Tür- kiye ve dünyadaki önemli temsilcilerini ağırlayacak. Dört oturumda dijitalleşme, yapay zeka, teknolojik gelişmeler, değir- menciliğin geleceği gibi farklı konuların dünyaca tanınmış uzmanlar tarafından tartışılacağı zirve; dünya tahıl endüstrisi ve üretim tekniklerinin teknolojik bo- yutunun yanı sıra ekonomik, lojistik ve sosyal boyutu ele alınacak. Zirvenin özel oturumu ise “Değirmencilikte Kadın” ko- nusu olacak. Sektörün Türkiye’de ilk ve tek, dünyada ise en büyük fuarı İDMA, İstanbul’da 500 milyon dolar ihracat hedefiyle kapılarını açacak. Tahıl, bakliyat ve yem işleme endüstrisinde düzenlediği başarılı uluslararası fuarlarla sektörün dünyadaki en büyük buluşmalarına imza atan İDMA fuarlarının organizatörü HAGE Grup Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Muhammet Ali Kalkan; “Dün- yanın en önemli gündem konuları arasında yer alan gıda so- runu, ülkelerin tekrar tarım yatırımlarına yönelmesine neden oldu. Üretimi artırmakla birlikte tarımsal mamullerin işlenmesi ve depolanmasının da stratejik öneme sahip olduğu günü- müzde, özellikle tarım makineleri ve üretim teknolojilerine olan talep her geçen gün artış gösteriyor. Hızla artan nüfusun protein ihtiyacının yükselmesi beklendiği göz önüne alındı- ğında, küresel iklim krizi ve kuraklıklarla mücadele eden in- sanlığın önemli protein kaynağı tahıl ve bakliyat ürünleriyle olan bağı daha da artacak. With the motto “The international fair of grain and feed milling industry,” IDMA Istanbul will bring together 10,000 professional visitors from 120 countries, including Turkey, European Union countries, MENA countries, and the United States, with 300 brands. THE AGENDA AT THE 5TH INTERNATIONAL TABADER SUMMIT: INNOVATION, TECHNOLOGY, AND THE FUTURE The TABADER Summit, now in its fifth year, will host key rep- resentatives of the industry from Turkey and around the world with special agendas and sessions. The summit, where different topics such as digitalization, artificial intelligence, technological advancements, and the future of milling will be discussed by internationally renowned experts in four sessions, will add- ress not only the technological dimension of the global grain industry and production techniques but also the economic, logistical, and social aspects. The special session of the summit will focus on “Women in Milling.” IDMA, the industry’s first and only ex- hibition in Turkey and the largest in the world, will open its doors in Istanbul with a target of $500 million in exports.
