Tezcan empha- sized, “As flour industrialists, our commitment to exporting flour globally remains stead- fast. We prioritize research and development (R&D) and pro- duct development (P&D). The- se exhibitions serve as crucial platforms for us, shedding light on emerging technologies and paving the way for further ad- vancements.” A PERFECTMEETING POINT FOR THE GRAIN INDUSTRY Sunčica Savović, Director of the Serbian Grain Association, commented: “IDMAExpo is one of the most significant events for grain processing industry having in mind new inovative solutions exhibitedherewhich certainly push thegrainprocessing industry forward. TUSAF Yönetim Kurulu Baş- kanı Tezcan da Türk un sana- yicilerinin dünya ihracat lide- ri olmasında Türk değirmen makineleri sektörünün payına dikkat çekti. Tezcan, “Un sana- yicileri olarak dünyanın dört bir yanına un ihraç etmeye devam ediyoruz. Ar-Ge ve Ür-ge’yi çok önemsiyoruz. Bu fuarların da yeni gelişen teknolojiler anla- mında kapsamında bizlere ışık tuttuğunu ve bu şekilde çok daha güzel işlerini yapılabile- ceğini görüyoruz.” dedi. ‘TAHIL ENDÜSTRİSİ İÇİN MÜKEMMEL BİR BULUŞMA NOKTASI’ Sırbistan Tahıl Derneği Direktörü Sunčica Savović de şu değerledirmeyi yaptı: “İDMA’da sergilenen ve tahıl işleme endüstrisini kesinlikle ileriye götüren yeni inovatif çözümler göz önünde bulun- durulduğunda, İDMA tahıl işle- me endüstrisi için en önemli etkinliklerden biri konumun- da. İstanbul’da düzenlenen bu fuar, hem Avrupa ve Asya tahıl sektörlerinden hem de Afrika ülkelerinden gelen katı- lımcılar için mükemmel bir buluşma noktası. İDMA fuarlarını düzenleyen HAGE Group Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı M. Ali Kalkan ve ekibini bu son derece faydalı organizasyon için tebrik ediyorum.” Mısır Değirmencilik Derneği Genel Sekreteri Dr. Mahmo- ud Riyad da konuşmasında İDMA’nın alanında tek olduğunu dile getirerek, İDMA’ya dördüncü kez katılmaktan büyük gu- rur duyduklarını söyledi.
