We are proud of the technology they use.” Igor Sviridenko, President of the Russian Association of Flour Mills and Grain Enterprises, provided information about the Russi- an grain processing industry and thanked IDMA for its contribution to the cooperation between Turkish and Russian companies in the field of flour milling. ‘TÜRK DEĞİRMEN TEKNOLOJİLERİ, GURURLA İHRAÇ EDİLECEK DÜZEYDE’ Fuar açılışında söz alan önemli sektör temsilcilerinden biri de Türkiyembir Başkanı Ülkü Karakuş’tu. Karakuş, konuşma- sında, “Bizler dünyaya açıldıkça kamu, akademi ve sanayi- nin işbirliği içerisinde çalışmasının önemini çok daha iyi bir şekilde gözlemleme şansı elde ediyoruz. Bu çerçevede cid- di anlamda katma değer sağlayan İDMA gibi fuarlar da son derece önemli. Emeği geçen herkesi alkışlıyorum.” dedi. Konuşmasında Türk değirmen makinecileri üreticilerinin teknoloji anlamında üst düzey üretim yaptığını dile getiren Karakuş şunları söyledi: “Gururla ifade edeyim ki fuarda yer alan firmaların son teknoloji ürünlerini dünyanın her yerine gönül rahatlığıyla ihraç edebilirsiniz. Kullandıkları teknoloji anlamında göğsümüz kabarıyor.” değerlendirmesini yaptı. Rusya Un Değirmenleri ve Tahıl İşletmeleri Birliği Başkanı Igor Sviridenko, Rus tahıl işleme sanayiine dair bilgiler akta- rırken, un değirmenciliği alanında Türk ve Rus firmalar ara- sındaki işbirliğine katkıları sebebiyle İDMA’ya teşekkür etti.
