Tesisi bu esneklikle kurduk. Hayvan sağlığına yönelik fonksiyonel katkılar, doğal antioksidanlar ve özel karışımlar gibi yeni ürünler üzerine çalışmalarımız şimdiden başladı. Tesisin hayata geçirilmesi sürecinde hangi firmalarla çalışmayı tercih ettiniz? Sebepleri hakkında bilgi verir misiniz? Bu tesiste üretim altyapısı konusunda Yemmak ve Born otomasyon gibi yerli mühendislik firmalarına öncelik verdik. Hem mühendislik yetkinliği hem de sürdürülebilir üretim konusundaki vizyonları bu tercihte etkili oldu. Ülkemizin bu konudaki birikimine güveniyoruz. Son olarak eklemek istediğiniz bir şey var mı? Biz bu tesisi sadece bir üretim alanı değil, aynı zamanda sektöre örnek olacak bir kalite ve sürdürülebilirlik merkezi olarak tasarladık. What steps did you take to incorpo- rate sustainability into this project? We prioritized energy-efficient systems, minimal waste, recy- clable packaging, and optimized resource use. Additionally, we aligned our production processes with international sustai- nability and safety standards like FAMI-QS. What advantages does your factory’s storage system offer? Our automated barcode storage system allows full tracea- bility of every product and raw material. This system delivers speed in inventory management and transparency in quality assurance processes. How well-equipped is the facility to develop formulations tailored to producers’ needs? What are the benefits of this capability? Our R&D infrastruc- ture and flexible dosing systems enable us to ea- sily develop customized formulations. This offers significant advantages for both small- and large-sca- le producers. You mentioned flexi- bility in production ca- pacity for the future. Are there plans to expand the product range? Absolutely. We desig- ned the facility with this flexibility in mind. We’re already working on new products, including functional additives for animal health, natural antioxi- dants, and specialized blends. Which companies did you choose to work with during the facility’s development, and why? For the production infrastructure, we prioritized local enginee- ring firms like Yemmak and Born Automation. Their engineering expertise and alignment with our sustainable production vision were key factors. We trust in Türkiye’s capabilities in this area. Any final thoughts you’d like to share? We didn’t design this facility as just a production site but as a model for quality and sustainability in the industry.
