To how many plants/compa- nies have you given service in Turkey and abroad if any? By now, we have given ser- vice to 190 facilities of various scales locally, and 15 facilities abroad. Until now, you have installed systems to many lead- ing feed plants. What kind of feedback did you receive from these facilities? We are receiving very positive feedback. The business- es have the opportunity of detecting their permanent faults, they can see the operations of optimization and improvement in the production line easily, they have the opportunity to adopt more precise usage levels for raw materials and consumables which affects the cost, and these together ramps up the profitability. How many companies are there which provide ser- vice in your sector in Turkey? What are the qualities that make you different from your rivals? Unfortunately, it is impossible to estimate their num- bers. They are establishing a company with a laptop, however the consequences come to nothing except ag- grieving customers. We, as Pi Automation, have a team of about 35. We have departments of panel mounting and testing, PLC & instrumentation and Electric work, and also Information technologies. You can see this structure also in Europe, however this is not the way of structuring that we observe from our competitors. The businesses that make production quicker and with lower costs through state-of-the-art technology are more successful now. Do you think that the feed sector is able to achieve this digital transformation? We can explicitly see that the businesses that have ac- complished this get ahead of their rivals. We can also see that the ones that don’t make this investment are losing their share in the market and drawing back. Do you have activities and targets towards outland? Pi Automation has agents in Iran and in Egypt. We are carrying out direct business follow-ups in these regions. Before the civil war, we had pleasant business relation- ships also in Syria but we all know the current situation. Russia and North Africa are among the markets that we are interested. Türkiye’de ve yurtdışında, şimdiye dek kaç fabrika- ya/şirkete hizmet verdiniz? Şu ana kadar yurtiçinde irili-ufaklı 190 tesise, yurtdışın- da da 15 tesise hizmet verdik. Şimdiye dek önde gelen birçok yem fabrikasına sis- tem kurdunuz. Bu tesislerinden şu ana kadar ne gibi geri bildirimler aldınız? Çok olumlu geri dönüşler alıyoruz. İşletmeler, bu sis- temle farkında olmadan sürekli yaptıkları hataları çok keskin şekilde tespit etme şansı buluyor, üretim hattın- da optimizasyon ve iyileştirme operasyonlarını çok daha kolay görebiliyorlar, maliyeti etkileyen hammadde ve sarf malzemeleri konusunda daha hassas kullanım oranlarına sahip oluyorlar. Bu da karlılığı yukarı taşıyor. Her şeyden önce izlenebilirlik onlara büyük avantaj sağlıyor. Sektörünüzde Türkiye’de hizmet veren kaç şirket var? Sizi, rakiplerinizden farklı kılan özellikler neler? Maalesef tam sayıyı vermek mümkün değil. Bir laptop ile şirket kuruyorlar, fakat ortaya çıkan sonuçlar müşte- rileri mağdur etmekten başka bir işe yaramıyor. Pi Oto- masyon olarak yaklaşık 35 kişilik bir ekibe sahibiz. Pano montaj ve testleri, PLC & Enstrümantasyon, elektrik işleri ve bilgi teknolojileri departmanlarımız bulunmaktadır. Bu yapıyı Avrupa’da görebilirsiniz, fakat bu, Türkiye’de rakip- lerimizde gördüğümüz bir yapılanma şekli değil. En son teknolojilerle daha hızlı ve daha düşük maliyet- lerle üreten işletmeler artık daha başarılı. Peki, yem sek- törü sizce bu dijital dönüşümü gerçekleştirebiliyor mu? Gerçekleştiren işletmelerin rakiplerinin önüne geçtiğini çok açık bir şekilde görebiliyoruz. Bu yatırımları yapma- yanların ise pazar payını kaybettiğini ve gerilediğini gö- rüyoruz. Yurtdışına yönelik faaliyetleriniz ve hedefleriniz var mı? Pi Otomasyon’un İran ve Mısır’da temsilcilikleri var. Bu bölgelerde doğrudan iş takibi yapmaktayız. İç savaştan önce Suriye ile de iyi iş ilişkileri içerisindeydik, fakat şu anki durum hepimizin malumu. Rusya ve Kuzey Afrika da ilgilendiğimiz pazarlar arasında.
