Türkiye İhracatçılar Meclisi verilerine göre su ürünleri sektörünün ilk 5 ihracatçısından biri olan ve balık yetiştiriciliği ve yem üretimi yapan Agromey grubu 2 şirketiyle birlikte mahkemeye başvurarak konkordato talebinde bulundu The group operating in aquaculture and animal prod- ucts area and which is one of the leading exporters of its area applied for arrangement of bankruptcy with its 2 affiliate companies. Lawyers of Agromey group applying to İzmir 2nd Commercial Court of First Instance, request- ed arrangement of bankruptcy also for the foreign trade branch of the corporation conducting the exports along with food and feed company. Some period of time is giv- en to the company as of 15 November for the temporary continuation of activities and 2 bankruptcy commissars are already appointed. The date of the hearing for bank- ruptcy is determined as 15 February and a reclamation period of 7 days is given to the creditors. CONDUCTS AN EXPORT OF AROUND 70 MILLION DOLLARS ANNUALLY The company processing fresh cooled or frozen fish at its facilities located in Aydın/Umurlu and İzmir/Karaburun, is su- ing the feed it produces at its own facilities and sells to other breeders apart from aquaculture. The company which made the İSO500 list is also among the top 1000 exporters of Tur- key according to the list prepared by Turkish Exporters As- sembly (TİM). Agromey was ranked as the 356th in 2014 and closed the year 2018 as the 227th with a spurt. Agromey, which is among the 5 top exporters of the industry, made 68 million and 870 thousand dollars of export last year according to TİM’s data and according to the data on its website the company is among the top bass and bream producers of Tur- key with its annual production capacity of 18 thousand tons. Agromey ismiyle su ürünleri ve hayvansal mamuller sek- töründe faaliyet gösteren ve alanının öncü ihracatçıların- dan olan grup, 2 bağlı firmasıyla birlikte konkordato istedi. İzmir 2. Asliye Ticaret Mahkemesi'ne başvuran Agromey grubunun avukatları, Agromey gıda ve yem şirketinin yanı sıra ihracatın yapıldığı dış ticaret kolu olan anonim şirket için de konkordato istedi. Faaliyetlerini sürdürmek için şir- kete 15 Kasım itibarıyla geçici mühlet verildi ve 2 konkor- dato komiseri atandı. Konkordato davasının duruşması için 15 Şubat tarihi verilirken alacaklılara 7 günlük itiraz süresi verildi. YILDA 70 MİLYON DOLARA YAKIN İHRACAT YAPIYOR Aydın/Umurlu ve İzmir/Karaburun ‘da bulunan tesisle- rinde taze soğutulmuş ya da dondurulmuş balık işleyen şirket, balık yetiştiriciliğinin dışında Torbalı'daki yem fabri- kasında da ürettiği yemleri kendi işletmeleri ve diğer üre- ticilerine tedarik için kullanıyor. İSO 500 sıralaması içindeki şirket Türkiye İhracat- çı Meclisi (TİM) sıralamasında da ilk 1.000 ihracatçı içerisinde yer alıyor. Agromey, 2014 yılında 356. sı- radayken 2017 yılını büyük bir sıçramayla 227. sırada kapatmıştı.
