COVER STORY • KAPAK DOSYASI 36 FEED PLANET / JANUARY-FEBRUARY 2019 • OCAK-ŞUBAT 2019 Buradan hareketle rahatlıkla söyleyebiliriz ki, her sanayi sektörü gibi yem sanayinin de Endüstri 4.0 a geçişi kesin- likle öncelikli hedefi olmalıdır. Aksi halde bu sanayi dalın- daki firmalar Endüstri 4.0 ile üretim şekline dönen firmalar ile rekabet edemez duruma gelerek bir daha hiçbir şe- kilde bu firmalar seviyesine ulaşamayabilirler. Ülkemizde, Başlangıç noktası olarak doğru zamanda yani nerede ise dünya ile aynı zamanda bu konu konuşulmaya başlandı, bu nedenle bunun avantajı kullanılarak doğru adımlar atıl- malıdır. Bu konuda gereken adımlar atılmaz ve gelişme sağlanmaz ise uzun vadede neler ile karşılaşılabileceği, rekabet gücümüzün çok zayıflayacağı bilinmelidir. Çok önemli bir diğer konu ise <<nasıl bir çözüm en uygun Endüstri 4.0 çözümüdür?>> sorusudur. Endüst- ri 4.0 çözümü talep edildiğinde, aşağıdaki üç grupta belirtilen bileşenlerin tamamının sağlanması durumun- da doğru ve istenilen çözümün elde edileceği göz ardı edilmemelidir. 1. Mekanik & Robot 2. Elektrik & Otomasyon 3. Bilişim & İletişim Bu bileşenlerden birinin eksik olması ve / veya birbi- ri ile tam uyumlu olarak çalışmaması durumunda doğru çözümün olmadığı bilinmelidir. Yukarıdaki bileşenleri dik- kate aldığımızda, Endüstri 4.0 akıllı sistemleri, yapay zeka uygulamalarıyla destekleyen bir otonomi sistemi olarak görebiliriz. Ülkemize baktığımızda, Ekonomimizi oluşturan firma- ların büyük çoğunluğunun KOBİ statüsünde olmasından dolayı KOBİ ler için özel bir yaklaşıma ihtiyacımız vardır. Kritik önem taşıyan KOBİ ler için Dijital Dönüşüm / En- düstri 4.0 a geçişlerini kolaylaştırıcı düzenleme, teşvik ve stratejiler oluşturarak ilerlemek zorundayız. Çünkü Dijital Dönüşüm / Endüstri 4.0 ın doğru uygulanması ve uygu- lanırken kaynak yaratılması noktasında KOBİ’lerimizin ke- sinlikle yardıma ihtiyaçları vardır. Bu destek devlet tarafın- dan sağlanmalıdır. Genel olarak tüm sektörlerde olduğu gibi bu durumun yem sektöründe de geçerli olacağını rahatlıkla söyleyebi- liriz ki, gerek KOBİ gerek ise büyük sanayi kuruluşlarımız için Endüstri 4.0 kaçınılmaz olup, başarılı sonuçlar elde etmemiz için de tüm paydaşlar olarak mutlaka planlama, organizasyon ve işbirliği geliştirmeliyiz. Ayrıca gerek je- opolitik avantajımız gerekse genç ve dinamik bir nüfusa sahip ülkemizin bu avantajını kullanarak, Dijital Dönüşüm / Endüstri 4.0 ı sadece tesislerinde kullanan değil, aynı zamanda içinde olan, geliştiren ve uygulayan ülke konu- munda olmamızın ENOSAD üyeleri sayesinde olacağını özellikle belirtmek isterim. good analysis will definitely not be a desired Industry 4.0 solution and investment. In our country, as the starting point, this subject has been started to be spo- ken at the same time with the global arena, so the right steps should be taken using this advantage. If the neces- sary steps are not taken and no improvement is achieved, it must be known that what will be encountered in the long term and that our competitiveness will be weakened. Another very important issue is the question of << What kind of a solution is the most appropriate for Indus- try 4.0? >>. When an Industry 4.0 solution is requested, it should not be overlooked that the correct and the desired solution will be obtained if all of the components men- tioned in the following three groups are provided. 1. Mechanic & Robot 2. Electric & Automation 3. Informatics & Communication It should be known that if one of these components is incomplete and/or does not work in full compliance with each other, there is no correct solution. Considering the above components, we can see Industry 4.0 as an autonomy system that supports the smart systems with artificial intelligence applications. When we look at our country, we need a special ap- proach for SMEs as they constitute the majority of our economy. For SMEs which are of critical importance, we have to proceed by creating regulations, incentives and strategies to facilitate the transition to Digital Transfor- mation / Industry 4.0. This is because our SMEs defi- nitely need help about proper implementation of Digital Transformation / Industry 4.0 and creating funds for this purpose. This support should be provided by the state. In general, we can easily say that this situation will be valid in the feed sector as in all sectors. Industry 4.0 is in- evitable for both SMEs and large industrial enterprises and we should develop planning, organization, and cooperation as all stakeholders in order to achieve successful results. Moreover, I would like to state that Turkey will become a country not only making use of the Digital Transformation/ Industry 4.0 in its facilities but also improve and implement it through ENOSAD members taking advantage of its geo- political location and young and dynamic population.
