INTERVIEW • RÖPORTAJ 43 FEED PLANET / JANUARY-FEBRUARY 2020 • OCAK-ŞUBAT 2020 “WE DO NOT APPLY MINIMUM QUANTITY QUOTA” When I have a look at your website, I see that you make products meeting the needs of various species such as ruminants, poultry, fish, horses, cats, and dogs. What do you owe this diversity that you have achieved in a short time to? Being only a producer allowed us to focus on the pro- duction of feed additives for different animal species. The demands of companies working for different animal spe- cies and the demands on imports supported this situation. We assess demands regarding the production and respond to the needs of customers quickly. We produce samples based on the existing formulas of our customers or the ones we further developed. When the desired color, odor and consistency of the product are agreed on, we start produc- tion in the amount desired by the company. The requested product amounts differ according to the corresponding animal species. Since we do not apply a minimum quantity quota under our company policy, we can also respond to low quantity demands, expand our customer portfolio and “MİKTAR KONUSUNDA ALT SINIRIMIZ YOK” İnternet sitenizi incelediğimde; ruminant, kanatlı, balık, at, kedi ve köpek olmak üzere birçok türün ih- tiyacını karşılayan ürünler ürettiğinizi görüyorum. Kısa zamanda eriştiğiniz bu çeşitliliği neye borçlusunuz? Sadece üretici pozisyonunda olmamız farklı hayvan türlerine yönelik yem katkı maddeleri üretimine odaklan- mamıza olanak sağlamıştır. Farklı hayvan türlerine yöne- lik çalışan firmaların talepleri ve ithalatlardaki talepler de bunu desteklemiştir. Üretimle ilgili talepleri değerlendirip müşterilerin ihtiyacına hızlı bir şekilde cevap vermeye çalışıyoruz. Müşterilerimizin mevcut formüllerine veya geliştirdiğimiz formüllerine istinaden numuneler yapıyo- ruz. Üründe istenilen renk, koku ve kıvamda mutabaka- ta varıldığında, firma tarafından istenilen miktarda üreti- me geçiyoruz. Hayvan türlerine göre talep edilen ürün miktarları farklılık göstermektedir. Şirket politikamıza göre miktar sınırlamamız olmadığı için düşük miktarlar- daki taleplere de karşılık vermemiz, hem müşteri portfö- yümüzü genişletmekte hem de yem katkı çeşitliliğimizi arttırmaktadır.
