Because - as those who are interested in this business often say- you can't control what you don't measure. For this reason, measurement-analysis is one of the subjects that we, as Feed Planet, give importance to and will continue to do so. In this context, we wanted to have an interview with Norm Analitik, one of the young and dynamic representatives of the industry. Necmi Cunedioğlu, the founder and owner of the company, was so kind as to accept our offer and gave visionary answers to our questions in the light of his knowledge and economic data. Below are the questions we asked to Mr. Cunedioğlu and the answers we received: According to your website, you started your busi- ness life in 2017. First of all, can you tell the story of your firm's foundation for our readers? What kind of squad did you start with? Our company was established on 05.05.2017. I worked for 8 years in a food analysis, measurement and control company in the same sector. I started my career as a sales engineer and completed as NIR Devices and Toxin test kits product manager. I left on 16.03.2017 and I wanted to work in the industry in which I became an expert. Since I gained experience in a very specific sector, the number of companies I could continue with the same job was limited. The foreign companies for which I previously served as a product manager were aware of the size of the Turkey market and thought that their business volume would in- crease with a second dealer. With their support, I decided to establish NORM ANALİTİK SİST. Müh. Mak. Co. Ltd. I worked alone for about 6 months. Then, with the in- crease of our sales and the expansion of our product port- folio, two of my previous colleagues, a technical service personnel and a sales engineer, were transferred to our company. This is how our core squad is formed. Everyone on the team is experienced and expert. WE SET OFF WITH MANUFACTURERS' TRUST You have started up the business in an economi- cally difficult period. What did you do in these three years? What were the most challenging factors in this process? In this process, since we were a newly established com- pany with very low capital, we could not use bank credits, and we could not do business with collateral. Due to the trust of our foreign producers, we did business with an open account in the first year and succeeded. This is not something usual. Firma- nın kurucusu ve sahibi olan Necmi Cunedioğlu bu isteği- mizi kırmadı ve sorularımıza hem sektöre dair hâkimiyeti hem de ekonomik verilerin ışığında vizyoner yanıtlar verdi. Necmi Bey’e sorduğumuz sorular ve aldığımız cevaplar şöy- le: Sitenizde 2017 yılında iş hayatına atıldığınız yazı- yor. Öncelikle okuyucularımız için firmanızın kuruluş hikâyesini anlatır mısınız? Nasıl bir ekiple yola çıktı- nız? Firmamız 05.05.2017 yılında kuruldu. Öncesinde yine aynı sektörde iştigal eden bir gıda analiz, ölçü ve kontrol firmasında 8 yıl çalıştım. Satış mühendisi olarak başladığım kariyerimi NIR Cihazları ve Toksin test kitleri ürün müdürü olarak tamamladım. 16.03.2017 yılında ayrıldım ve uzman oluğum sektörde çalışmak istiyordum. Çok spesifik bir sektörde deneyim kazandığım için aynı işi devam ettirebi- leceğim firma sayısı kısıtlıydı. Daha önce ürün müdürlüğünü yaptığım yurtdışı firmaları Türkiye pazarının büyüklüğünün farkındaydı ve ikinci bir bayi ile iş hacminin artacağı kana- atindeydi. Onların da destekleriyle NORM ANALİTİK SİST. Müh. Mak. Ltd. Şti’yi kurma kararı aldım. 6 ay kadar tek başıma çalıştım. Ardından satışlarımızın artması ve ürü portföyümüzün genişlemesiyle beraber, eski iş yerimden biri teknik servis diğeri satış mühendisi olan iki arkadaşım firmamıza transfer oldu ve çekirdek kadroyu oluşturan ekibimizi kurduk. Ekipteki herkes deneyimli ve ko- nusunda uzmandı. ÜRETİCİLERİN GÜVENİYLE YOLA ÇIKTIK Ekonomik anlamda oldukça zor bir dönemde iş ha- yatına atılmışsınız. Aradan geçen üç senelik dönemde neler yaptınız? Bu süreçte sizi en çok zorlayan faktör- ler neler oldu? Bu süreçte çok düşük bir sermaye ile yeni kurulmuş firma olduğumuz için banka kredisi kullanamıyor ve teminat alıp iş yapamıyorduk. Yurtdışındaki üreticilerimizin bize güveni ile ilk yıl teminatsız olarak açık hesap çalıştık ve başardık. Bu olağan bir durum değil. Sermayemiz geçmiş yıllardaki iş disiplini ve başarılarımızın üreticiler tarafından göz ardı edil- memiş olması ve bu neticede bize duyduğu güvendi. Hep beraber başardık!
