Our goal is to develop our company's product portfolio to meet all the needs of the food and feed industry in terms of quality and safety. In this way, to increase employment and to open new branches that can work locally in sector- critical regions domestically. Upon the overseas demand from abroad, we started to aim for establishing the same system abroad. There are various difficulties and risks of establishing an office and doing business in different poli- cies in a different culture depending on the conditions of each country. That's why we found it more convenient to work with local business partners abroad. We have local partners in Iraq, Azerbaijan, and Georgia and we do busi- ness in those geographies. IRAK, AZERBAYCAN VE GÜRCİSTAN’DA İŞ YAPI- YORUZ Firma olarak kuruluştaki hedefleriniz nelerdi? Bu hedeflerde herhangi bir değişiklik oldu mu? Hedeflerimiz firmamızın ürün portföyünü gıda ve yem sektörünün kalite ve güvenlik konusundaki tüm ihtiyaçları- na cevap verecek şekilde geliştirmek. Bu sayede istihda- mı arttırmak ve yurt içinde sektörel olarak kritik bölgelerde lokal çalışabilecek yeni şubeler açmak. Yurtdışından gelen talepler neticesinde hedeflerimize yurtdışı ile Türkiye’deki aynı sistemimizi kurmak eklendi. Ülke şartlarına göre ofis kurup farklı bir kültürde farklı politikalarda iş yapmanın türlü zorluk ve riskleri var. Bu yüzden yurtdışında lokal iş partner- leri ile çalışmayı daha uygun bulduk. Irak, Azerbaycan ve Gürcistan’da lokal partnerlerimiz var ve o coğrafyalarda iş yapıyoruz. Ölçüm ve analiz dendiğinde aslında çok geniş bir alana hitap ediyorsunuz.
