Sektör kaynaklarına göre, 2018 yılı başında Ukrayna'da toplam yağlı tohum kırma kapasitesi 18,7 milyon mt olup, en büyük on adet kırıcı, bu kapasitenin büyük bir kısmına sahiptir.(hem ulusal hem de uluslararası) Kolza Tohumu: 2019/20 pazarlama yılında kolza üretiminin 2018/19 pazarlama yılın'da üretilen 2,8 milyon mt 'ye kıyasla yüzde 18 artışla 3,3 milyon mt 'nin üzerine ulaşacağı tahmin ediliyor. Ukrayna'nın 2018/19 döneminde yaklaşık 2,5 milyon mt kolza tohumu ihracatının 2019/20 döneminde 2,9 milyon mt olması bekleniyor. Genel olarak, yağlı tohum ekim alanı son beş yıl içinde sekiz milyon hektar düzeyinde stabilize olmuştur. Ukrayna 15 milyon mt ile, ayçiçeği tohumu üretiminde dün- ya çapında bir numaralı üreticidir. Tohumun hemen hepsi ülke içinde işlenmektedir. Dünyada ayçiçeği tohumu ihracatında sıralaması 7 dir. Ukrayna 8. en büyük soya üreticisi ve dünya çapında ve 7. büyük soya ihracatçısıdır.. Kolza tohumu üretim sıralamasında 5. fakat 2. en büyük ihracatçıdır. EXPORTS SHARES OF CROPS AND PROCESSED PRODUCTS While we are talking about self-sufficiency percentage of a country in agricultural production, for Ukraine as shown in table no. 11 we can talk about the export shares in total production. Soyoil and sunoil and rapeseed oil export shares in total production are above 90%. Corn, Sunmeal, Rape- seed, rapeseed meal export share are above 80%. Wheat. Soybean export shares are above 60 %. Soybean and bar- ley export shares are around 50%. One striking figure is the sunseed export which is 0.5%. That is because of the huge crushing capacity and export duty on sunseed. LIVESTOCK PRODUCTS Table no. 12 shows that the poultry meat production in 2018 reached 1,259 thousand mt. Porc meat production was realized as 604 thousand mt.
