Lisanslı depolara ürün teslim eden ya da teslim edilmiş ürünü Elektronik Ürün Senedi aracılığıyla alan gerçek ve tüzel kişilere (tüccar-sanayici) ise aylık ton başına buğday, arpa, çavdar, yulaf, mısır, çeltik, pirinç, mercimek, nohut, fasulye, bezelye, ayçiçeği için 3 TL, pamuk için 7 TL, fındık, zeytin, zeytinyağı, kuru kayı- sı, antepfıstığı, kuru üzüm, kuru incir için 10 TL depo kira desteği verilmekte, ayrıca elektronik ürün senedi ile alım satımından elde edilen kar için gelir/kurumlar vergisi muafiyeti sağlanmakta ve KDV tahsil edilme- mektedir. Devletimizce sağlanan destek ve teşvikler sayesinde lisanslı depoculuğa olan ilgi artırmıştır. Bu gün itibariy- le; 16.950.292 ton kurulu kapasiteye sahip 213 adet lisanslı depo işletmesi kurulmuş olup giderek daha da artmaktadır. Söz konusu kurulan lisanslı depo işletme- lerinin 96 adedi, 5.053.182 ton için lisans almış olup diğer şirketlerin lisans alma süreci devam etmektedir. Bu güne kadar lisans alan şirketlerin 92 adedi 4.990.532 ton ile yem sektörüne hitap eden Hububat, Baklagiller ve Yağlı Tohumlar grubu oluşturmaktadır. Lisanslı depoculuk sistemi ile hammadde kullanan tüm sektörde olduğu gibi yem sektörü de gerekli ham- maddeyi elektronik ortamda daha kolay ve hızlı alabilir hale gelmiştir. Ayrıca sektörün depolama tesisi için ya- tırım yapmasına gerek kalmaksızın tüm lisanslı depola- ra ürün teslim edebilmesi veya teslim edilmiş ürünleri satın alabilmesi ve satın aldığı ürünler için finans kuru- luşlarından kredi kullanabilmesi önemli avantaj sağla- maktadır. As of today, 213 licensed ware- house establishments with an installed capacity of 16,950,292 tons have been established and their number is gradually increasing. 96 of the licensed warehouse enterprises in question have obtained li- censes for 5,053,182 tons and the licensing process of other companies continues. 92 of the companies that have obtained a license so far constitute the grain, legumes and oil seeds group that appeals to the feed sector with 4,990,532 tons. With the licensed warehousing system, the feed in- dustry has become easier and faster to receive the necessary raw materials in the electronic environment, as in the entire industry that uses raw materials. In ad- dition, the sector has the advantage that it can deliver products to all licensed warehouses without the need to invest in the storage facility, or to purchase and de- liver credits from the financial institutions for the prod- ucts purchased. On the other hand, the fact that the quantity and quality are guaranteed until you withdraw the purchased product from the licensed warehouse to use electronically increases the sector's interest in licensed warehousing. As a result, the licensed warehousing system will continue to be an indispensable system for the sector, considering the issues such as contributing to the sus- tainability of the production of agricultural products of strategic importance for our country, facilitating trade, offering modern storage and the financial opportuni- ties.
