Considering the types of waste products, the most important wastes needed as ingredients are wastes such as fruits, vegetables, spices, legumes, and seafood. These are enough for us to produce stan- dard feed. The variety of raw materials should be a bit abundant. Accordingly, it is possible to adjust the recipe as we want according to the target animal group. We do not have any difficulties to produce standard feed. In this process, feed ingredient op- tions are sufficient anyway. ORGANIC FEEDING MUST BE SUPPORTED Recycling wastes in the food chain in this way should be a positive action for the ecosystem. So is this method supported by the govern- ments? What kind of studies are there on this subject? Is there any difference in the carbon emission of animals fed with organic feeds? Since this is a new topic, there is no support or special incentive in Turkey. However, it needs to be quickly covered by a special incentive. Our meetings with government officials continue on this matter. In some of the governments we met, officials have in- cluded this form of production under special incen- tives. There are countries that give almost all of the investment as a grant. Carbon emission is a serious issue today and we can produce lower carbon feeds compared to other feeds. I think we have made a serious contribution to nature and the environment with the feed we produce. Our extensive work on this subject continues. YOU SHOULD KNOW WHICH MACHINE TO USE As in every sector, the competitive environ- ment in feed milling is the factor that drives machine manufacturers forward. Considering that organic feed milling is still a new concept, is there any extra challenge in developing new solutions in this field? There are advanced machine manufacturers in feed milling in our country. The concept "process" is very important in waste feeds. If you know which ma- chines you will be processing variable raw materials, it is generally possible to conduct this process on al- ready manufactured machines. Only a small number of different machines are used for some products. Our company produces these machines. Our R&D studies continue uninterruptedly. We have no diffi- culty in converting waste products into feed, also in machinery and process. We made a lot of effort in ve hassas. Bunlar bizim standart yem üretmemiz için yeterli. Ham madde çeşidinin biraz bol olması gerekiyor. Bu doğrultuda hangi hayvana göre yem üretecek- sek formülünü istediğimiz gibi yapmamız mümkün. Standart bir yem üretmek için hiç bir zorluk yaşa- mıyoruz. Bu işlemde ham madde seçenekleri yeterli oluyor zaten. ORGANİK YEMCİLİK DESTEK KAPSAMINA ALINMALI Atıkların bu şekilde gıda zincirine yeniden kazandırılması ekosistem açısından olumlu bir hamle olsa gerek. Pekiyi bu yöntem, devletler- ce destekleniyor mu? Bu konuda ne gibi çalış- malar var? Organik yemle beslenen hayvanların karbon emisyonunda bir farklılık var mı? Bu henüz yeni bir konu olduğu için ülkemizde her hangi bir destek veya özel bir teşvik söz konusu de- ğil. Ancak hızlı bir şekilde özel bir teşvik kapsamına alınması gerekiyor. Bu konuda devlet yetkilileri ile görüşmelerimiz devam ediyor. Görüştüğümüz bazı ülkelerde hükümetler bu üretim biçimini özel teşvik kapsamına aldılar. Neredeyse yatırımın tamamını hibe şeklinde veren ülkeler var. Günümüzde ciddi bir sorun olan karbon emisyonu konusunda diğer yem- lere göre daha düşük karbonlu yemler üretebiliyoruz. Üretmiş olduğumuz yem ile doğaya ve çevreye ciddi bir katkı sağladığımızı düşünüyorum. Bu konu üze- rinde kapsamlı çalışmalarımız devam ediyor. HANGİ MAKİNEYİ KULLANACAĞINIZI BİLMELİSİNİZ Her sektörde de olduğu gibi, yem değirmen- ciliğinde de rekabet ortamı makine üreticilerini ileri taşıyan etken. Organik yem değirmenciliği- nin henüz yeni sayılabilecek bir konsept olduğu düşünüldüğünde, bu alanda yeni çözümler ge- liştirmenin fazladan bir zorluğu var mı? Yem değirmenciliğinde ülkemizde ileri düzeyde makine üreticileri bulunmaktadır. Atık yemlerde ise proses çok önemlidir. Değişken hammaddeleri han- gi makinelerde işleyeceğinizi bilir iseniz hâlihazırda üretilen makinelerde bu işlemi yapmak genel olarak mümkündür. Sadece bazı ürünleri işlemede fark- lı makineler kullanılmaktadır. Biz firma olarak da bu makineleri üretiyoruz. Ar-Ge çalışmalarımız aralıksız bir şekilde devam ediyor. Atık ürünleri yeme dönüş-
