NEWS • HABER 8 FEED PLANET / July - August 2020 • temmuz - ağustos 2020 De Heus, Polonyalı yem şirketi Golpasz'ı satın alacak De Heus to acquire Polish feed company Golpasz De Heus Animal Nutrition signed an agreement for the acquisition of the Polish compound feed com- pany Golpasz (annual production capacity of 500,000 tonnes of compound feed). The acquisition is still subject to approval from the Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK). De Heus Animal Nutrition, yıllık 500.000 ton karma yem üretim kapasitesine sahip Polonyalı karma yem şirketi Golpasz'ın satın alınması için bir anlaşma imzaladı. Satın alma Polonya Rekabet ve Tüketiciyi Koruma Ofisi'nin (UOKiK) onayını bekliyor. “Both companies perceive many mutual benefits in the new partnership. De Heus and Golpasz have high-quality specialised knowledge in animal nutrition, animal husbandry and livestock farming. These competences enable both companies to develop and supply tailor-made (nutritional and business) solutions in line with requirements and demands of their farming customers. Combining strengths will accelerate further improvement in this area. In addition, Golpasz has gained highly specialised knowl- edge in the area of turkey nutrition, which is of added value to De Heus. Furthermore, Golpasz will also obtain access to De Heus’ international network and expertise centre, providing Golpasz the opportunity to enrich its knowledge and use it to accelerate product innovation initiatives, among other things”, says Adam Zaleski, General Manager of De Heus Poland.
