It ensures the health and productivity of ani- mals and, consequently, secures the supply of safe and nutri- tious food to the consumers of animal products. The production and delivery of high-quality feed requires the careful monitoring of the whole value chain, from the field (where the original crop is grown) to the animal feed producer and then, finally, to the livestock farmer.
