Pellet mills with automatic roller adjust- ment are used in the facility, which is en- riched with equipment and facilitates the flexibility of production. There are many control points through- out the manufacturing process, with weigh- ing facilities prioritised both before and af- ter each process. There is also a system in which ensures that automatic weighing systems are kept under constant control, with the aim is to first know what is enter- ing the process, where it goes within it and then finally, what comes out as a result. This is enabled through the connections between these processes which possess the ability to communi- cate this information to one another, thus creating an effective fac- tory with traceable control points. Since it is a flexible and effective factory, this flexibility provides energy savings in this feed variety. Making the recipe properly with the automation system means that the factory only produces feed to a 99.9% degree of accuracy, thus reducing loss through wastage. CONSTANT CHECKS INFRASTRUCTURE This level of accuracy is maintained as there are many weighing points in the facility on the raw material side. These including main dosage, micro dosing, mineral dosage, and liquid-liquid weighing. Since there are many different weighing points, the risks per unit of these is also minimised. Weighing of mineral, oil, molasses probe are weighed separately with flow meters, whilst it also minimises the risks. With the integration of reporting, separate and indepen- dent weighing points are verified in continuous cross-examination. In 99% feed factories, stock tracking is done by numbers, al- though knowing how much bran is in the horizontal warehouse is simply impossible. In order to prevent this, Özlem has a scale at every point of the factory, from the entrance of the factory where it is emptied and through to the warehouse, where there is another scale. There is also a weigh bridge when the raw material is trans- ferred from the warehouse to the dosing silo. This way Özlem can instantly detect how much of which raw material and how much feed at which point of the factory. With the personalized report system specially designed for the needs, the desired data can be obtained at any time. ALTERNATIVE GRINDING SYSTEMS By slowing down the speed of Yem- mak GHM series hammer mill, the prod- uct to be grinded can remain coarser, while Yemmak RMD series roller mill provides finer grinding of the product. In this way, the product with the desired particle size is grinded without the need for any additional equipment. çalışabilmesi noktasında devreye giriyor. Ayrıca otoma- tik tartım sistemlerinin sürekli kontrol altında tutulmasını sağlayan, prosese neyin girdiğini, nereye girdiğini ve sonuçta çıktı olarak da ne çıktığını bilmek amacıyla kullanılan bir sistem de bulu- nuyor. Bu, bilgileri birbirine aktarma yeteneğine sahip süreçler arası bağlantılarla sağlanıyor. Sonuç olarak izlenebilir kontrol noktalarına sahip etkin bir fabrika meydana gelmiş oluyor. Esnek ve efektif bir fabrika olması yem çeşitliliğinde de enerji tasarrufu sağlıyor. Raporlama sisteminin katkısıyla fabrikada %99,9 reçete ile uyumlu yem üretimi yapılabilmektedir. Reçetenin düzgün bir şekilde otomasyon sistemi ile yapılması daha az enerji harca- narak yüksek kapasitede üretim yapılabilmesine imkân vermek- tedir. SÜREKLİ KONTROL ALTYAPISI Tesisin ham madde alım tarafında çok fazla tartım noktası bulunmaktadır: ana dozajlama, mikro dozajlama, mineral dozajı, sıvı –likit tartımlar. Farklı tartım noktalarının olması bölümlerin birim başına düşen risklerini de minimize etmektedir. Mineral, yağ, me- las, provin tartımı akış ölçerlerle ayrı ayrı tasarlanmıştır. Müstakil çalışan tartım noktalarının raporlama entegrasyonu ile sürekli çapraz sorguda doğrulanması sağlanmaktadır. Bütün yem fabrikalarında stok takibi sayılar ile yapılmaktadır. Yatay depo içinde ne kadar ham madde miktarı olduğunun kesin olarak bilinmesi imkânsızdır. Bunun önüne geçmek için fabrikanın her noktasına kantarlar konularak fabrikanın hangi noktasında hangi ham maddeden ne kadar olduğu ve ne kadar yem olduğu tespit edilebilmektedir. İhtiyaca özel olarak tasarlanan kişiye özel rapor sitemi ile istenilen veri istenildiği an elde edilebilmekte. ALTERNATİF ÖĞÜTME SİSTEMLERİ Yemmak GHM serisi çekiç- li değirmenin hızını yavaşlatarak öğütülmek istenilen ürün daha iri ta- neli kalabilirken Yemmak RMD serisi valsli değirmen ile ürünün daha ince öğütülmesi sağlanmaktadır. Bu sayede ilave bir ekipmana gerek duymadan istenilen partikül büyüklüğünde ürün öğütülmektedir.
