Although domestic produc- ers admit that production has been interrupted, some claim that they regard the current situation as an op- portunity to improve the self-sufficiency of the Rus- sian feed industry in the long run. On the other hand, consequences of the sanctions against Russia are observed in Europe as well. React- ing to the sanctions, Russia is throwing the natural gas card.
