AFIA, Amerikan hayvan yemi endüstrisine katkıda bulunanlara üç kategoride ödül verdi. The American Feed Industry Association (AFIA) an- nounced three awards honoring those who have supported the American animal food industry over the past year and throughout their careers. The AFIA congratulated Eric Al- tom, Ph.D., of Balchem Corporation, for receiving the AFIA 2022 Member of the Year Award for his impactful support of the AFIA Pet Food Committee and Pet Food Conference (PFC); Alan Gunderson, formerly with Vita Plus Corpora- tion, for receiving the 2022 Distinguished Service Award for his leadership of the feed industry; and Keith Epperson, formerly with Kent Nutrition Group, for receiving the 2022 AFIA-Kansas State University Feed Manufacturing Lifetime Achievement Award for his lifelong support and advocacy of the feed industry. Daha önce Vita Plus Corporation'da bulunan Alan Gunderson yem endüs- trisindeki liderliği nedeniyle 2022 Üstün Hizmet Ödülü'nü aldı. Daha önce Kent Nutrition Group ile birlikte olan Keith Epperson ise yem endüstrisine yaşam boyu desteği ve savunuculuğu nedeniyle 2022 AFIA-Kansas Eyalet Üniversitesi Yem Üretimi Yaşam Boyu Başarı Ödülü'nü almaya hak kazandı.
