İstanbul’un Maslak semtinde yer alan Milli Savunma Üniver- sitesi yerleşkesinde konuşlandırılan MKM’de Türkiye, Rusya, Ukrayna ve BM’den 5’er yetkili görev yapacak. 20 kişilik gru- bun başında ise bir Türk amirali bulunacak. 24 Şubat’tan bu yana savaş halinde olan Rusya ve Ukrayna’nın yetkilileri, tahıl koridoruna ilişkin süreci aynı odada kurulan merkezden birlikte gözlemleyecekler. Müşterek Koordinasyon Merkezi, ilk geminin belirlenen liman- lardan ayrılmasıyla birlikte fiili olarak süreci yönetmeye başlaya- cak. Geminin yüklenip limandan ayrılmasına ilişkin gerekli prose- dürlerin tamamlanmasının ardından MKM’ye geminin limandan ayrılış vakti, yükü ve varış noktası ve varış zamanına ilişkin bilgi- ler aktarılacak. MKM, geminin Karadeniz’de belirlenen koridor- dan güvenli şekilde geçmesinden emin olmak için uzaktan ve havadan takip faaliyeti yürütecek.
