Viteral markası ile Sudan’daki üçüncü yem fabrikasının kurulumunu gerçekleştirecek olan İmaş, çelik konstrüksi- yon bina da dahil olmak üzere komple proje olarak devr- eye alacağı tesisi bu yıl tamamlamayı hedefliyor. Exporting to more than one hundred countries, İmaş Makina continues its overseas projects without slow- ing down. İmaş, which will establish its third feed mill in Sudan with its Viteral brand, aims to complete the facility, which it will commission as a complete project, including the steel construction building, this year. Viteral, the brand of İmaş Makina serving in the feed technologies sector, has started the shipment of the third feed mill to be estab- lished in Khartoum, Sudan. Aiming to commission this year the feed mill with a production capacity of 20 tons per hour, İmaş Makina con- tinues to contribute significantly to the feed production in the region with the new projects it will put into use. Livestock feed will be produced in the fully automated mill, which will be commis- sioned as a complete project by İmaş un- der the Viteral brand. The facility, which will have a production capacity of 20 tons per hour, will be equipped with state-of-the-art technology machines produced by Viteral, especially the VHM Hammer Mill, VHF Mill Feeder, and VPP Pellet Press. With the sys- tem to be established on two lines, the feed facility will also be able to make production by using either a single or double line, when neces- sary. The facility, which will be commissioned as a complete project, including the steel construction building, will have 2 rawmaterial silos with a capacity of 4,500 tons, as well as crushing, dosing, pelletizing, transport, and packaging departments. Saatte 20 ton üretim kapasi- tesine sahip yem değirmenini bu yıl devreye almayı hedefleyen İmaş Makina, faaliyete geçireceği yeni projelerle bölgedeki yem üretimine önemli ölçüde katkı sağlamayı sürdürüyor. İmaş’ın Viteral markası ile komple proje olarak devreye alacağı tam otomasyonlu değirmende, büyükbaş ve küçükbaş hay- van yemi üretimi yapılacak. Saatte 20 ton üretim kapasitesine sahip olacak tesiste, donanımsal olarak VHM Çekiçli Değirmen, VHF Değirmen Besleyici ve VPP Pelet Presi başta olmak üzere üretimini Viteral’in ger- çekleştirdiği en son teknolojiye sahip maki- neler kullanılacak. Yem tesisi, iki hat üzerine kurulacak sistemle gerek- tiğinde tek hat, gerektiğinde ise çift hat kullanılarak üretim yapabilme özelliğine de sahip olacak. Çelik konstrüksiyon bina da dahil olmak üzere komple proje olarak devreye alınacak olan tesiste, kırma, do- zajlama, peletleme, taşıma ve paketleme bölümlerinin yanı sıra 2 adet 4500 ton kapasiteli ham madde siloları da yer alacak.
