Cotecna acquires ESTS Cotecna ESTS’i satın aldı Cotecna, provider of testing, ins- pection and certification services, announced that it has acquired Extensive Standard Technical Ser- vices Co., Ltd. ESTS, a third-party certification body and second-party audit firm, specializing in social compliance, sustainability, green and low carbon initiatives, food safety, and quality systems. The acquisition of ESTS allows Cotec- na to reinforce its presence in the field of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) assurance and training services. “This acquisition will ac- celerate our capability building in ESG assurance services in China and in Asia,” Sébastien Dannaud, CEO of Cotec- na said.
