FEED PLANET • AUGUST - AĞUSTOS 2026 36 FEED PLANET • AUGUST - AĞUSTOS 2026 37 NEWS HABER dsm-firmenich tarafından açıklanan 2026’nın ilk yarısına ait Dünya Mikotoksin Araştırması, küresel yem hammaddeleri ve karma yemlerdeki ciddi risk tablosunun sürdüğünü gösterdi. Test edilen numunelerin %85’inde birden fazla mikotoksin tespit edilmesi, yem üreticileri ve hayvan bes- leme uzmanları için risk yönetimini ve hammadde tedarik süreçlerini her zamankinden daha karmaşık hale getiriyor. The latest dsm-firmenich World Mycotoxin Survey for the first half of 2026 underscores severe, ongoing contamination risks in global feed raw materials and finished feeds. With 85% of tested samples contain- ing multiple mycotoxins, feed millers and livestock nutritionists face increasingly complex formulation and risk mitigation challenges. Global mycotoxin survey reveals wide- spread co-contami- nation and persistent feed safety risks Küresel mikotoksin araş- tırması yaygın karma kontaminasyon ve sü- regelen yem güvenliği risklerini ortaya koyuyor Global feed raw materials and finished feeds continue to exhibit high rates of mycotoxin contamination, according to findings from the dsm-firmenich World Mycotoxin Survey covering January to June 2026. Analyzing 10,410 samples dsm-firmenich’in Ocak-Haziran 2026 dönemini kapsayan Dünya Mikotoksin Araştırması sonuçlarına göre, küresel yem hammaddeleri ve mamul yemlerdeki mikotoksin kirliliği yüksek seviyelerde seyretmeye devam ediyor. 78 ülkeden across 78 countries through 59,180 individual tests, the re- port reveals that single-toxin exposure is increasingly rare. Co-contamination remains the dominant operational threat, with 85% of all tested samples containing more than one mycotoxin, while only 11% presented a single toxin and just 4% fell below detection limits. Regional risk analysis highlights widespread exposure across key agricultural zones. Central and North America experienced extreme overall risk levels, driven by high prevalence rates of Fusarium-derived toxins, including B-trichothecenes, fu- monisins, and zearalenone. In Europe, B-trichothecenes dominated across northern, central, and southern regions, with Southern Europe recording fumoni- sin prevalence in 96% of samples. South Asia, East Asia, and Southeast Asia simi- larly registered extreme risk levels, with fumonisin detection reaching 93% in East Asia and 87% in China and Taiwan. Advanced multi-mycotoxin screening using the Spectrum Top 50 method furt- her highlights the prevalence of masked, modified, and emerging mycotoxins that traditional testing routines frequently overlook. Among all analyzed samples, toplanan 10.410 numune üzerinde gerçekleştirilen 59.180 analiz, tekil mikotoksin maruziyetinin artık istisna haline gel- diğini gösteriyor.
